The Fair Work Coach provides confidential guidance and strategic support to Australian workers navigating complex workplace matters and Fair Work Commission processes.

We exist to help level the playing field for workers who are self-representing in unfair dismissal and general protections/adverse action claims, or who are facing challenging workplace situations such as investigations, disciplinary action, performance management, suspensions and stand downs, show cause processes, bullying, and more.

Our work is grounded in deep, real-world understanding of how organisations manage employment matters and how those processes are experienced by workers. We translate that insight into clear, practical guidance that helps people understand their options, prepare effectively, and make informed decisions with confidence.

Our associates bring senior-level experience in employment relations, human resources, and workplace processes across a range of industries and sectors. We provide consistent, high-quality support while remaining accessible, responsive, and confidential.

We focus on coaching, preparation, guidance and strategy, not legal representation or advocacy. We are not ‘no win, no fee lawyers’.
