About The Fair Work Coach
Employee Workplace Support Australia
Employee-focused workplace support across Australia. We help individuals understand workplace rights, navigate employment processes, prepare for unfair dismissal claims with confidence, and address other workplace challenges.
Guided by experience.
Grounded in fairness.
The Fair Work Coach exists to support employees who are facing some of the most challenging moments in their working lives. When you are being performance-managed, investigated, stood down, suspended or dismissed, or you are considering lodging an unfair dismissal or general protections/adverse action claim with the Fair Work Commission, it can feel overwhelming to navigate what comes next. Many people do not know their rights, do not understand the Fair Work process, and are unsure how employers make decisions behind closed doors. Too often, they are left to face these experiences completely alone.
The Fair Work Coach was created to level the playing field for individuals by giving them confidential, practical, and strategic guidance that is grounded in real-world organisational experience. Our model is different to lawyers, unions, or “no-win-no-fee” services. We do not act as legal representatives or speak on your behalf. We empower you to self-represent or manage your own workplace issue with clarity, dignity, and control. By drawing on senior-level expertise in employment relations, HR investigations, leadership, organisational processes, and decision-making frameworks, we translate complex workplace systems into clear guidance and step-by-step strategy you can use immediately.
All support begins with a confidential consultation, where we work with you to understand your situation, your risks, and your options, and help you decide what outcome is right for you before taking any action. From there, ongoing support is available as you need it, including coaching for difficult conversations, preparation for conciliation, guidance on responding to show-cause letters, help reviewing documents or submissions, or planning your next steps after dismissal. There are no retainers, no pressure, and no hidden commitments. You choose what support you want and retain full control over every decision.
Employees choose The Fair Work Coach because our work is calm, measured, and focused on helping you move forward with confidence. Workplace matters affect more than just your employment, they can impact your reputation, your wellbeing, and how you feel about yourself. Our role is to stand beside you, provide clarity when everything feels uncertain, and make sure you never have to face a workplace issue alone.
Why the Fair Work Coach Exists
Workplace conflict, termination, investigations, performance management, stand downs and suspensions, disciplinary or show cause procesees, bullying, and unfair dismissal or general protections claims can be some of the most stressful experiences in a person’s career. When something suddenly goes wrong at work, many employees feel isolated, confused, and unsure of their rights and they often have no one independent to turn to.
The Fair Work Coach exists to change that. Employees deserve clear, confidential guidance that helps them understand what is happening, what their options are, and how to respond wisely before acting. Unlike unions, lawyers, or internal HR, The Fair Work Coach provides strategic, employee-focused support designed to help individuals self-represent confidently and move through workplace and Fair Work claims with clarity and professionalism.
Our purpose is to level the playing field, giving everyday employees access to practical insight normally only available to employers. Through confidential consultations, individuals receive structured advice, tailored preparation, and support that helps them make informed decisions, whether they are navigating a challenging workplace process or considering lodging a claim through the Fair Work Commission.
People choose The Fair Work Coach because it is simple, independent, fast to access, and focused solely on what employees need. There are no retainers, no long waitlists, and no pressure. Just clear help, practical strategy, and a calm, supportive space to understand what comes next. Clients consistently tell us they feel more confident, respected, and in control after speaking with us, which is exactly why The Fair Work Coach exists.
